Order Status:
You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 916-483-2001.
Order/Delivery Cancellation:
Delivery cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled delivery. Late cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns/Refunds:
Stock Items: To qualify for return, stock items must be in original condition, free from:
• Cuts, nails, or holes
• Paint, stain, dirt, or weathering
• Piece-for-piece exchanges are allowed without a restocking fee.
• Returns within 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Refunds:
• Cash purchases will be refunded via check to the original purchaser.
• Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card.
Please have a copy of your receipt for returns. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of return acceptance.
Special Order Items: All sales are final on special orders. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Special orders include:
• Milled lumber
• Fabricated/custom products
• Non-stock items
• Engineered wood products
Damage Claims
Claims for defective materials must be submitted to Customer Service within 2 days of delivery by calling 916-483-2001.

Payment:
The following credit cards are accepted online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
If you have a house charge account with Berco Redwood, Inc., online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Customer Portal and you establish a password. When paying with credit card, a convenience fee will be charged to your account the following month.
Will Call Pickup:
Berco will provide confirmation as to when your order will be ready for pickup. When you arrive, please visit the sales counter and let us know you are here.
Delivery Policy
Berco Redwood delivers throughout Northern California and Western Nevada. Delivery fees are location-specific and quoted at the time of order. Delivery is subject to accessibility and site conditions.
Delivery to a designated job site or authorized representative constitutes delivery to Applicant. Applicant is responsible for securing materials once delivered.
Berco Redwood shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, labor disputes, transportation issues, or governmental actions.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to Berco Redwood. You may visit our website anonymously. We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as email, or participate in other site features. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.
